Our standards

Your qualifications, experience, references and presentation are all considered when you apply to registerwith the Agency. To register with Susan Rogan Family Care you need:

• Professional childcare experience
• Contact details for at least three referees
• Current First aid certificate
• Working with Children Check
• High standard of personal presentation
• Own transport (Opportunities are limited without transport)
• A qualification in childcare or a related discipline is preferred

Permanent Nanny Positions

Finding the right position is not always easy. Our experienced consultants work with you to find the right job and to negotiate your salary and employment conditions. You can work full or part time and need to make an initial one-year commitment. Salary range is $18.00 to $22.00 hour + Super.

Temporary Nanny Positions

The flexible alternative that allows you to arrange your work around your study or family commitments. Bookings range from one day to six months.
