Susan Rogan Family Care has provided nannies and family care workers for over a decade and has a reputation
for excellence in the family care sector. The agency is approved by the Department of Family and Community
Services as a provider of “In Home Care”.

What is In Home Care?

A Federal Government scheme under which families are paid Child Care Benefit and /or Child Care Tax Rebate
for home-based childcare.

Can you access In Home Care funding?

You are eligible for In Home Care if:
  • You need childcare outside standard hours for work or study reasons
  • You have a child with an illness or disability
  • You have an illness or disability that affects your childcare capacity
  • You have three or more children under school age
  • You live in a rural or remote location
Child Care Benefit (CCB) is means tested and may be paid to you or used to reduce your out of pocket costs.
Child Care Tax Rebate (CCTR) is not means tested and calculated as 50% of childcare costs to a limit of $7500
per child annually.

Cost of Care

The fee charged will reflect the number of children in care.
  • Rates from $26.50 per hour
  • Fees includes salary, insurance, superannuation and admin levy
  • Higher fees apply if the family requires a carer with specific training or skills
  • Weekend , evening and public holiday care rates apply
